| Founded in 1983 by Mason Rose, The Berkshire Pasta Company, Inc. operated Pasta Prima shops at both Guido's locations. Fresh pasta was made right on site at Guido's. In December of 1999 Guido's purchased Pasta Prima. One of the main reasons for purchasing this business was so that we could offer another quality product to our wholesale customers. We now manufacture fresh pasta and ravioli in our new distribution center and will be adding tortellini in the near future. In addition to fresh pasta, our shops offer a wide selection of Italian imported pastas, excellent pasta sauces and organic pastas. Come visit our Pasta shops in both locations. |
